Yoana was astounding and professional. While searching for the houses in the specified building or unit she looked at the area and knew all of the neighborhoods. She was completely honest and did not try to “sell” you on the house. She answered every question we had and properly coordinated with other parties involved and explained for us the details as well as suggested various options for our budget. She also looked out for us by making sure we were well protected behind the scenes in terms of protecting our money in case of the worst case scenarios. She responded every time we had a question through text, group chat and found us our new home. I highly recommend Yoana as a realtor for the specified areas, orderly, fast and respondent and kind. Even bought us a small flowers and move in gift at the end during Christmas time. Even after the selling of the house she has offered to answer any contractors questions for fixing appliances etc. provided we needed them. You won’t be disappointed if you are confident and ask the necessary questions, take her advice. We are very content with our new condo and will be referring to her again.

Yoana helped me buy my first property last year in December. I was in a rough spot when I met her — I had just lost my Mom to cancer, I had no furniture but a mattress to my name, and needed to find a place to live with an inheritance that was due to me after selling my childhood home with my siblings. I was so lucky I found her when I did! She is a very kind, professional, punctual, and helpful realtor. She was super patient with me as it took me several months of looking on-and-off and I never felt any pressure to buy/make any decision. Also, she responded to my texts and messages swiftly — with kindness and willingness to help in any way that she could. I was brand new to buying a real estate property and she helped educate me about making the best decisions. What I most appreciated about her as my realtor was that she was direct and upfront about any problems or potential down-falls she noticed in properties we looked at. She wasn’t hesitant about giving her opinion and I appreciated the honesty! As she got to know me more, in regards to what I wanted and what I was looking for, she found quite a few that were great, and in my price range! That is how I found where I live now and I couldn’t be happier. My condo is perfect in so many ways and that is because Yoana knows Concord, and she knew me and what I wanted. I rented a 2 bedroom apartment from Yoana for a few years and she is the best landlord I have ever had. As a landlord, she was very fair, easy to work with and very responsive. Right now, Yoana is helping me to buy my first home and it's been a pleasure working with her. Buying a first house can  be very stressful but going trough the process with her , everything seems easy. She is with me every step of the way and I know that I can rely on her 100%. Yoana is very knowledgeable and she is an expert when it comes to the real estate market in Concord, Pleasant Hill and Walnut Creek area. Yoana Is an amazing realtor. She worked with my husband and I for quite some time. Learning what we liked/didn’t like, fully understanding our budget. Buying a house is stressful! But with Yoana; she is attentive and understands what you’re looking for. She answered every single one of my calls, answered all my questions, and showed us every single property we were interested in. Once we finally found a house we loved, she made the final process easy. We closed in 21 days and to this day I’m still amazed how simple she made everything. Yoana took on all the stress I’m suppose to have. If we didn’t fully understand certain paper work, she would clearly explain everything. Even after we got the keys Yoana said we could call her to ask any questions. We will definitely be using her again and will recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.
