Mike was so easy to work with! From the first time we met him, he put me and my husband at ease. He never felt like a salesman and was never pushy, which we appreciated because we experienced that with other realtors we spoke with. He helped advise us every step of the way, and the staging that he provides as part of listing with him was amazing and I think a huge part of why our house sold as quickly as it did. I don’t even know how to put into words how amazing Justin has been for our family finding our dream home. I guess I’ll start by saying that we had no idea what we were doing. We had a million questions and he helped with everything along the way, without making me feel dumb (which is hard to do with me, honestly). I felt I could call him with anything anytime. The way things are right now we had to see houses within a day to put an offer in and he made me feel like I was the only person on his calendar. Showing me all of the houses right away and sometimes so many we needed to do them two days in a row. The home HE found US, I didn’t think we could get, and it was a long shot, but he showed it to us. He took the time to do all of it even though it seemed like a waste of time to me. Long story short we ended up getting it, and if not for Justin we probably would have settled by now. But because of him we are in our dream home and we are so happy. Even now, after we are in our home, he is helping us. This is our first home so we are so overwhelmed and he’s even willing to help us with something that doesn’t even have to do with him. Thank you Justin! I am recommending him to anyone who will listen. You will not regret choosing him as your realtor.

I could start and stop this review "Mike was AMAZING!". Selling a house in normal times can have challenges, and even during these days of COVID and some of the limitations the environment throws at us, Mike made sure all challenges were his, not ours. We met a number of times before we serious looked at listing, and Mike was extremely helpful with a list of tip and tricks that would help make our house desirable to as many potential customers as possible. We discussed schedules and restrictions and left Mike and his team to it. We did some preparatory work based on suggestions from Mike, and after that he had staging completed for us. The service was warm and friendly. I would completely recommend the Webber team for anyone who wants a realtor who is willing to work for them. Last minute repairs between showings down to asking permission for anyone to view our property - Mike was always professional and communicative at all stages. I hope you are still working when we need our next place!
