So if you're wanting a new phone quick, don't come here. The management seems to have trouble hiring people who want to actually work. I wanted a phone, they said it wasn't in stock, that someone else handles the stocks to them, and that I should order online to pick it up the next morning. I did that, just to have my order canceled. Clearly these two employees wanted me gone. Sad to say that I'm 24, and I had a cool interaction with an old elementary teacher the same night, and ironically she also needed a phone. She didn't get hers either. So long story short their electronics employees suck. Thank you assistant manager Karen for dealing with it amazingly. You have a name that is attached to the trend of outlandish women, but you were the most pleasant of all the employees. Thanks for your help, and you alone is what lets me keep the positive rating.

Terrible parking lot and instead of having a cashier we are to prove our purchases by showing a receipt? Hire more cashiers for better assistance. No stars. Update: nothing has gotten better.
