We have bought multiple properties through Vrej. His patience with us has been at another level. With the real estate market being so tough to buy we get indecisive but the good thing about vrej is he will always give you the best advise and make you comfortable on your decision. We had changed our mind a couple times but he never pressured us to go with it and always explained the positive and negative. In the end it’s always worked and have been very happy with him in our investment of buying real estate even in this tough market.

Vrej is very honest and professional! I would highly recommend him to all my family and friends. Now a days there aren't very honest Real Estate Agents & only go after the bag. Vrej, is the total opposite of that and helped my Aunt sell her apartment. I love that he Speaks Spanish and was able to communicate with my Mom and Aunt. Thank you Vrej for all your help! 10/10 recommend :)

Vrej is very professional which makes it easy to work with him. He is very reliable and does take into account his clients’ needs and wants while representing them in real estate transactions. He is very responsive and pleasant to work with. He is well versed in his area of expertise and does show it while representing his clients. He will go out of his way to make sure his client is happy with the decision they made and always available to answer any further questions that may come up, even after the transaction is complete and his representation as a realtor has ended.

Vrej is simply the best real estate agent I could have hoped for, and here is why: I had been told that my situation had no good solution by lawyers, apartment associations, city officials and other real estate agents. There was simply no way to get around it: I was stuck for at least another year, maybe years, with my property (due to recent LA County laws, nothing but scorched earth scenarios were being foreseen, with no winners.) Then I called Vrej, and exactly 24 days(!) later everyone had everything they wanted, and more. Like a fairy tale, “there was and there was not” many complications I faced. I tried, but could not sort them all out by myself. I had been looking for a win/win situation for my tenant and I for 2.5 years, to no avail (due to laws & HOA regulations). Vrej took all the info, deciphered the situation, and found the solution within DAYS. 1st, he navigated the HOA rules and regulations. 2nd, he found investors willing to take on a tenant and leave him in place (not an easy task!). 3rd, he counseled with integrity and intelligence. 4th, the sale closed precisely as planned. All done with 100% satisfaction within 3 weeks. Every text, email, phone message responded to. Every question answered. In this current climate of government over reach and fake news, Vrej Doumanian simply provided solutions for everyone involved. Tenant/Buyer/Seller all happy. How often does THAT happen? Plus, he is the most optimistic, fun, and professional agent a seller/buyer/(tenant) could ever be lucky enough to work with - So it’s no surprise to find out he’s also a trained musician! In this current housing crisis, it is good to know buyers/sellers have someone to turn to: Vrej Doumanian. (he is as awesome as his name sounds!!)

If you're looking for an extremely caring Real Estate Agent, I highly recommend hiring Vrej. Not only has he demonstrated care, but has done much more than what any other agent has done for us. Our family has greatly been impacted by the level of expertise, especially as first time home buyers. Although we had difficulties with our loan, Vrej patiently waited and helped us through every moment. His commitment to his customers is extremely welcoming, because he never gave in, nor showed any grief because of our inability to get loans. He would always call us and offer a very positive approach to any trouble that we were experiencing. The one thing that I can say about Mr. Vrej is that he's the type of guy that is more than just an agent, he's a truly remarkable individual, because of his diligence with his customers. He has the ability to befriend anyone, and treat us like he actually cared. I wish I could give him ten stars! I did mention that our family was first time home buyer, and Vrej was always there to give us information and a step-by-step process. I didn't know much about signing, paperwork, and what not-but he was there to explain everything whenever I had questions. The second I called him, he was always there to answer my phone, or a text message with adequate, top-tier information. If you're considering looking for an Agent that makes you their number one priority, and will do everything in their power to assist you in buying or selling a home, than I would give Mr. Vrej a call. I did forward Mr. Vrej's phone number to some of my work colleagues, and Vrej assisted them in the purchase of property. They told me that he's the best agent they've dealt with, and please don't think of that as an understatement simply to advertise him. He's really knowledgeable and helpful! By the way Vrej, my wife sends her regards! She was impressed by your pointers, and assistance with our home decoration ideas. Although you aren't an interior designer, we used most of your recommendations to redesigning our new place. I also want to thank you personally for your plumbing and gardener recommendations. We used both of them, and they turned out great! If you're looking for an agent, please choose Vrej. Especially if you're a first time home buyer.
