Gavin have helped us through out the process and very good in follow through with any questions or concern. He always pick up his phone when you need him and try his best to answering any question that we have. Gavin was referred to us by a family member who had nothing but great things to say about Gavin and their whole home buying experience. We did what everybody else does and went straight to his social media to do some digging around. We loved his funny videos and seen all of his happy clients holding their "SOLD" skateboard decks. Me and my wife contacted Gavin to ask him a few questions about selling our condo to buy a new home and instead of giving us a sells pitch on why we should go with him as our agent. He educated us on the whole process, informed us on what the market was like at that moment and let us know what our options were. We knew right then and there, Gavin was our guy. As you know, selling a home and buying another can be a stressful process. Gavin made it his mission to make this whole process stress free. I had the pleasure to work with Gavin when I went through buying my home. I am so thankful we crossed paths because he is the best realtor out there. He makes sure you are getting what you want within your price range. He does not sugarcoat anything and makes sure you will be happy with your purchase.
