One of the best Realtors in Memphis, our home sold way Quicker with Mr.Bracey then our previous Realtor. He made my husband and I very comfortable and also kept us updated on the whole process. I met Vinson as he was working with my daughter as her agent. He was kind and patient . I would go with them to see the homes and I know I sometimes asked more questions than my daughter and he was always very polite and answered my every question and trust me I asked a lot of questions . He made sure she found her perfect home with all the features she wanted and in a very nice neighborhood so that I can sleep knowing she is in a safe quiet community …so thank you for assisting her with her dream purchase and also placing her in such a lovely safe community … You are a agent that understands the concerns of everyone involved😊😊👍🏾👍🏾 Thank u for a home-search that ended perfectly!

When we first met, he was there early and very professional. Mr. Bracey helped me so much in getting my 2nd home! Distance was an issue for me (I am from Nashville looking in Memphis 3hrs and 40mins away) he was my set of my eyes for and was there for the inspector (during rain and snow). It was constant text msg communication due to I worked office hours but also talked on the phone when I was available (he was always there for any questions / concerns) so great communication skills. Highly recommended
