So so helpful and hard working! I definitely recommend working with realty world Hercules for any of your real estate needs or questions. They have helped me and my family the last 10 + years with other properties, and I can’t say anything but great things. I count on them as a real estate professional team, who understands what we need and gave us an experience to truly reflect on. During the whole process of selling and buying our first brand new house, they were patient, responsive, informative and constantly keeping us updated on all the phases of selling and buying a new home. Viktor arrived promptly with one of his team members, Richard. Viktor was prepared full of knowledge about my neighborhood and some background on my home. He’d run some stats on the micro-market I was located in. He was forthcoming and honest about his expectations, of activity during the marketing process. Richard was quiet and observant. His wheels were turning, as he walked around my disheveled home, noticing the architecture. Little did I know that Richard was gearing up to deliver the most unexpected presentation. The source of Viktor’s confident demeanor is due to his vast experience, insight, and understanding of the market and the current trends affecting it. Richard is an artist and gifted in the art of presenting the fantasy of “home”. He helps you see the beauty of your home in its full glory. Viktor’s presentation of the numbers, the price, helps the right buyer visualize the fantasy becoming a reality. The experience helps peel back the layers and opens your mind to the possibility of making your dream come true. What an amazing team! Jaime, Viktor’s assistant is the quiet diligent worker bee, offering the support to clients in any and every way needed. Luven ties up the loose ends as the escrow process draws to an end, and in a pinch Vanessa will pickup paperwork to keep the timeline flowing.
