I was referred to Vic by my colleague and I’ve never been more thankful! He was my FIFTH realtor that I’ve interviewed/gone through and he pulled through for our family! He’s very knowledgeable of the home buying process and provides excellent advice and guidance. This was super helpful as a first time homebuyer because we were unsure/lost. WOW!! Vic Tran was the BEST realtor my fiancé and I could have hoped for as first-time homebuyers. In this tough market, Vic did an exceptional job helping us find our dream home within 4 weeks! Vic has an engaging personality and great communication skills. He managed to get sellers to look at our offer without us being the top offer. YOU NEED THIS SKILL IN A REALTOR. On three separate occasions, the seller(s) considered our offer, despite receiving cash offers or higher offers with more down payment. The third time this happened, the seller accepted our offer even though we weren't the highest offer on the table. We can't say this enough... We HIGHLY RECOMMEND choosing Vic as the realtor to help buy or sell your home. He will go out of his way to help you and will always have your best interest in mind. Vic is VERY KNOWLEDGABLE in the current local housing market and answers any questions about the home purchasing process without judgement. Vic is thoughtful, attentive, flexible, organized, and professional. Our first home-buying experience was pretty stress-free knowing we had Vic taking us through the process. As many have noted, Vic is a great agent to work with for first-time homebuyers. Vic was patient in educating us on what we needed to prepare for offers, he was always there with us for viewings when requested, he'd go through disclosures and call out critical items, he was open-minded in introducing us to other agents when we decided to look at other markets, he listened when we got frustrated with the market, and he kept us updated with the market status. Vic was never pushy but he did give us the right-and-gentle push when he saw the right opportunity for us. After nearly 6 months of searching, we finally found and closed our new home in Crocker-Amazon. And if dog-friendly agents are a thing, we'd definitely mark Vic as one! Knowing our dog is always with us, Vic would always check for us on whether our dog could go to viewings with us. Vic was great to work with and helped us find our home in only 4 weeks! He took the time to listen to what we wanted and worked with our budget. Vic always put in time to read all the reports of the potential houses we wanted to offer on and pointed out what we should pay attention to. He never hyped up any house to push a sale and we appreciated that. Vic always respected our thoughts and decisions and he would tell us the pros and cons of each house. He is always available to answer questions and welcomed all of them for us to learn about the market. He’s an insightful and experienced agent that knows the market well and made our house buying process much easier than I’ve heard other people experience! We appreciate Vic’s work mentality and how professional he is. We would recommend Vic to anyone that wants an honest, caring, respectful and experienced agent to help them find their home in the Bay Area. Also on the plus side is, he’s very tall so you’ll know if the ceilings are too low in the house you tour with him!

You will not be disappointed when working with Vic! My husband and I certainly weren’t when we finally found & bought our first home together. Vic went above and beyond as our realtor. He was extremely responsive, professional, and definitely well versed in the Bay Area market. He listened to our needs and was not pushy just to get a sale closed. He was extremely helpful in coaching us through our search and offer process. While the home buying process could be very stressful, working with Vic put us at ease. He truly made our experience so much smoother than it would've otherwise been. Would highly recommend him if you're looking for a reliable, resourceful, and trusted realtor who truly has his client's best interest at heart - whether you're looking to buy or sell.
