I recently inherited my mothers home that she owned for over 35 years and I really needed someone to help me prepare the home and manage the sale for me. Since I live out of the area, it was important to me that my realtor be local and have the resources and connections to facilitate the work that needed to be done. I was extremely fortunate to to find one in Veronica Peter of Compass in Pleasanton. First off, Veronica was familiar with the area and neighborhood where the home was located. She helped coordinate all of the inspections, repairs, and updates the home needed. Veronica always shared her recomendations on what should be done to make the home more marketable to the buyers. I am so glad I listened to her advise! She made suggestions I wouldn't have thought of on my own, and it really paid off! Her stager was amazing and really transformed the space to show off its' best features. When I went to see all the work Veronica and her team had done, I could hardly believe my eyes how beautifully she had presented my Mothers home!
