Very disappointed. At first impression I thought she was in the best interest of her client but quickly learned the opposite. In the short time up here in our private community, she has cost not 1 but 2 negotiations that were done until Vanguard properties muddied the waters.

Kathy Grant is our go to realtor. She helped us find our family home back in 2012 and then helped us sell the same home in 2019. Kathy was very knowledgeable of the market in Sonoma County which helped our home sell slightly before the average time on market. Have you ever called your realtor and they do not get back to you in a timely fashion? Not Kathy. She answers our texts and calls within the hour and if she is unable to respond promptly she texts with a time she can call back. She even answers my calls now even though our client/realtor relationship has ended. She is really more of a friend than a realtor and what more can you ask for?
