We bought our home with Richard and John several years ago. Our priorities were defined- and we weren't going to get them rich from our price bracket. Yet what we learned was these two know the market, know what keep buildings upright (as opposed to sliding down a hill or into a river) and they knew their stuff more than anyone we'd encountered in San Francisco.
