Elliot Schreiber4 StarMy wife’s car was hit in a parking lot, cracking the rear panel. We took the car to Union Park Collision on July 19 and was told it would be done in about 10-12 days. It took one month. During that time I got no information from them. I called repeatedly. First, I was told it would be done Aug 15, then Aug 18 and finally got it Aug 24. No one gave me updates. When we got the car, the work was excellent, but they need to focus on customer service. In the end, Anthony was very nice and helpful. I wish it would have been from the beginning!Friday 27th August 2021

Emoney S31 StarHorrible experience. Took three weeks to fix a bumper, and do an alignment. If I didn't demand my car back who knows when I would have gotten it back. They have lot full of cars missing parts. Do one car at a time, get cars in and out. Terrible business model. Staff not friendly, old lady seems like she hates her life. Quit if you are miserable 😂Wednesday 4th August 2021
