I rented a van for a single day. Picked it up in the morning and dropped it off later that same day. I was charged the $19.95 base fee twice and also charged twice for the $9.95 insurance fee. I saw the duplicate charges after I dropped off the van and they said I rented the van for two rental periods. I originally rented the van for a 6 hour period when I made the reservation online (They ask you how long you need the rental).....I called them and asked if it was okay if I was running an hour or so longer. The woman on phone said no problem....but she did not say I would be charged twice. BEWARE. Also when I went back in to reserve for 8 hours it only estimated one $19.95 base fee...it didn't say 8 hours was twice the fee. Lesson learned. will never rent from them again

Quick and easy to deal with, but charged me for insurance I didn't want or ask for.
