This was our first home purchase and we had no idea regarding the process or what are the things we should be looking for. Since we are not from the US , we also had very limited knowledge regarding houses and neighborhoods. Tyler walked us through the entire process and took the time to understand what we were looking for in a house. Although he had a long drive from Marin to East Bay where we were looking he was always ready to accommodate us and arrange viewings over the weekends. We saw a good amount of houses and he specifically pointed out the positives and negatives in each of the houses we saw. He was very responsive regarding all of our queries and patiently answered all our questions. Tyler also put us in touch with some of the lenders he knew which proved a great starting point for us to get started with the mortgage process. This property was our third offer and he was extremely knowledgeable and he helped us submit the best offer we could at that time including the price, contingencies and other details. He was very transparent regarding the process and what was put in the offer. For this property Tyler suggested a good offer price and closing time and luckily our offer was accepted.
