After meeting Trish Sohle at an open house she was conducting in Pacific Grove, she faithfully sent us the Multiple Listings for about ten years before we were actually ready to purchase a second home. Trish is not only patient but also a very experienced realtor who provided us with helpful knowledge every step of the way. From the search for that perfect home, to making an offer and navigating the loan process, Trish brings a personal touch that we found reassuring. Trish was always available to take our calls and answer our questions and took the time to find out just what we were looking for. In the end she led us to our dream house! We feel so fortunate to have found such an excellent realtor who has now become a valued friend.

She also coordinated with my son and daughter in law because she understood it was a family decision. Trish came recommended to me by a colleague when I was trying to make a decision about whether to sell or keep my mom’s house as a rental investment. She provided honest, valuable input that helped me make the right decision at the time. Years later, when I was ready to sell my mom’s house, she was there to hold my hand. It was a challenging process involving a difficult tenant moveout, with extensive damage that had to be fixed (along with updates the house needed). Trish Sohle represented us in both buying a home and selling a condominium. We found her to be very attentive to our needs and always follow through in completing the detail work in a timely manner. Both transactions were handled professionally and worked out exactly as planned. We highly recommend Trish as a helpful, friendly, and productive real estate agent. The purchase of our home, where we now reside was not a simple transaction. I met Trish at an open house that she was showing. I told her in detail what we were looking for. ( We wanted a home that was all on one floor (no stairs at all) and in the specific area that we desired.). A month or so later she called and brought an interesting deal that she thought might work for us. We bought an older house that was in the right location with a wonderful view. The existing house was to be torn down and replaced with a new home. While a set of plans had been developed, we were able to make the modifications we needed and wanted. We moved forward and had the home built to our specifications. Trish Sohle worked with us through the whole process. Basically Trish was responsible for us having the home that we so deeply wanted. Early on in the process she also sold the condo that had been our home in a timely and efficient manner. We believe that Trish Sohle is an excellent realtor for helping make your dreams come true.
