Trevor was amazing throughout both transactions of selling our home and buying our new one. Trevor walked through our home and pointed out little changes we could make that would increase the value of our home. He not only offered the advice but he helped us to get the jobs done. Trevor showed up with a pressure washer for concrete, filled areas of our rocks in the backyard that needed to be filled and hired a company to come out and trim our trees. I was beyond impressed with his hard work he put into marketing and quickly selling our home. He was also so patient with us in choosing our replacement home. He took us to see multiple locations out in the middle of nowhere or sometimes 45+ miles away on a dirt road from his home with no complaints. He offered great advice and worked with great lenders. I will always highly recommend Trevor for his hard work, kindness, and professional attitude to sell or help someone purchase a home.

Trevor was outstanding! He was accessible and reliable during the entire period of our Home shopping experience. We gave him a clear and concise idea and he ran with it. He was able to negotiate and provide all the great detail needed to purchase our 1st house(home) in the area we wanted at the perfect time for our family. I had the good fortune of working with Trevor on an investment property and it was a wonderful experience.
