Tracy and her team at Level Up were simply excellent. Tracy is knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Truly, she is a consummate professional. We were first time buyers searching for a forever home in San Francisco and she was completely supportive of our goals and timeline. Throughout the entire process I felt like she was advocating in our best interest. I genuinely felt like she was in our corner. She was responsive to both phone and text communications and was happy to field all our questions. When it came time to make an offer she was a tough and highly skilled negotiator. As first time home buyers, Tracy was instrumental in walking me and my wife through the ins and outs of buying a home. She toured houses with us, pointing out pros and cons of each house, and was able to give us great advice in writing our offer. Thanks to her, we were able to get our house on our first offer! Tracy was such a pleasure to work. She kept us organized and provided us with a lot of helpful tips that gave us a good idea on how we wanted to approach our house buying experience. She took the time to get to know us and clearly communicated the approach she typically takes. She was always available to address any questions or concerns we had and really made us feel valued. She was very upfront with the different options we had and how they fit within our budget. We greatly appreciated the feedback she provided with each property we viewed and she displayed great negotiating skills with each of the bids that we submitted. She kept us updated throughout the bidding process and displayed great working relationships with other realtors, which was key in us landing the house we wanted.
