If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Tracie went above and beyond. I can't say enough about how hard she worked and how easy she made the process. Her expertise and knowledge of the current market is unmatched. I am so grateful to her. We decided we were moving on a whim. She again became our agent, on the sellers side, in 2019 for the same house. She got us top dollar! We were living in Nashville by that point and she seamlessly handled every detail and contract negotiation from a distance! I cannot recommend her enough. I just wish I could take her with me on our next house adventure. Thank you so much Tracie, I am definitely sorry our business relationship has come to and end, but then again, thanks for making me money!
