Great customer Great service The staff is honest, it's super hard finding honest mechanics. I go here all the time because they do great work and I trust them. I recommended people to them as well. The waiting area is clean, they have movies playing to keep you entertained.

I must say service with this shop has gotten progressively worse over time. I have three (3) vehicles that I have been taking to Top Auto since they took ownership of this establishment several years ago. Prior to that it was a Precision Tune, which I also used to patronize. Anyway, the prices for oil changes were pretty competitive, but over the years as can be expected have increased little by little. Anyway, the last few times I have visited for Service I always arrive early on Saturday, around 7:00AM so that I can be one of the first customers to get serviced. Here lately, the older Asian gentleman, who I believe is the Manager, or the owner has been very rude to me, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. He usually unlocks the door early so that we can wait inside, but one of the last times I visited for services when he unlocked the door, I went inside. He tells me I can't come in, I have to get out of the store, and wait in m car. One other occasion he yells at me outside, stating that I can't park in a certain spot!! On another occasion he was very vague in explaining the rise in oil change prices. I inquired as to the increase, and he gives me attitude stating "just because". When he addressed me he shouted out "HEY". I didn't believe he was speaking to me, so I asked him, excuse me, but are you speaking to me? And just this morning I stopped by for an oil change, I walk in, and he says "YEAH"! I'm like is that any way to address a paying customer? I state what services I need done, and he responds they are very busy in the shop, plus my car was making to much noise pulling in. He says we don't work on your car. We can't work on it today we to busy. The whole time he was standing there having an in-depth conversation with a mechanic. I asked why he couldn't do the work, why can't he at least look at, and check my vehicle? He just responded again "we don't work on your vehicle". I was totally at a loss, and somewhat humiliated by the whole ordeal. I have even seen him try to beat customers with an inflated price for oil changes, and service work. When they question him on it, and expose the truth an argument ensues!! I don't want to make it a racial thing, but that's what comes to mind the more I think about it. The entire shop consists of Asian workers, and the majority of their customer base is African-American. I must say my experiences with this merchant the last few years has been pretty horrendous!! I don't know if may others have had bad experiences with this merchant like I have, but I would recommend not utilizing their services any longer, as their customer service skills are very much lacking!!

After reading this review, you do not need to continue searching for a reliable spot, this is it. They will not try to finesse you in unnecessary repairs, they do NOT and I repeat, do NOT finesse you on prices here. I saved 68% of what I was quoted for work that I knew was simple. Extremely fast too. Before you go anywhere else, COME HERE FIRST. If you already got a quote from somewhere else, COME HERE FIRST. Tell them I sent you!

My husband and I got our oil changed today. Afterwards, I took to our mechanic for some scheduled work only to find out we were a quart short. That's not cool because we always get oil changes here, but after today... no more. Not cool to hustle your customers.

I don’t recommend this place to anyone. I need my tires rotated and they failed to do so, they said I need two new rear tires ok not a problem but you can still rotate my tires if I requested so.
