Naomi and Katherine were so helpful, responsive, and caring - just all around great to work with. We had been struggling to get a read of the real estate market and understand how much different houses were actually going to sell for (since so many things were going way over asking). Naomi helped us find a great place in San Rafael and helped us hone in our offer to something we were comfortable with that was also competitive. Naomi and Kathryn did an absolutely outstanding job in preparing and selling my Marin house. I have bought and sold many houses over the years and have had many excellent realtors but Naomi and Kathryn were truly exceptional. They were hands on. They were available day and night. They kept me up to date on every twist and turn of the process. I really wondered at one point how they had any time for anything except for my house! I gave them a budget and a deadline and they literally worked miracles within it. The improvements they recommended were spot on, and Naomi and Kathryn hired and supervised a professional team that brought the job in under budget and made the house look fantastic. The house was priced perfectly - not easy to do in the current market. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Naomi and Katherine just helped us close on our first home in San Rafael, and we couldn’t recommend them highly enough! We ended up getting our very first offer accepted on a home we absolutely love, with more space than we anticipated — all thanks to their persistence, responsiveness, helping us set a realistic offer based on recent comps, navigating disclosures, connecting us with a fantastic mortgage broker, and more.
