When I found out I needed to relocate for work to Baltimore, I knew Thomas was the one to call. He was a force of nature - advising us on what we needed to do to get the home ready for market, coordinating workers and inspectors and helping us get the home photo ready. He also provided great insight into the market here and on pricing strategies. My husband and I were really happy with how the photography and video work came out, and felt the home had great exposure on social media and other non-traditional channels. Our home sold in 3 days with multiple offers for $45,000 over the asking price! He also helped negotiate a rent-back so we could live in the home until my daughters left for college. Thomas did an amazing job and we can recommend him without hesitation.

Thomas is an exceptional agent, professional and knowledgeable. He never misses a step and is very easy to work with. He guided us on pricing the home quite competently, watching the market as the listing date approached. Thomas is an outstanding realtor. He is the best we have worked with. Our San Rafael home was featured on the front page of the San Francisco Chronicle Sunday Real Estate Section (print and website) – due to the diligence of Thomas. He has really good manners, is personable and has an even keel temperament. From the large concepts to the smallest details – he handles everything with skill and gusto. How to price the home, how to stage it for style, how get it photographed for maximum effect, how to enhance the outdoors areas and landscaping to make the overall impression the best it can be – he was really good at each of these. Thomas sold our house for us in April 2015. We had a large, custom and eclectic home in the Dominican area of San Rafael.
