We had an old house in Walnut Creek remodeled by the Torrey's team in 2022. They produced an amazing , beautiful house within a short time frame. The end result was so beyond our expectations , we almost wanted to move in ourselves instead of selling it. It was sold within a week with an all cash offer. Thanks to every crew member for your superb workmanship and hard working. It is indeed a hands-off for the sellers. Zack is an enthusiastic, competent. very responsive, ( if he can't give you an answer immediately , he would tell you when ), result oriented, but very friendly and easy to work with. We are very grateful we used the Torrey Team to sell our Walnut Creek house in July 2021. The Torrey Team managed all of the tasks needed to sell the house, which sold in one week $300K above of the asking price. In four weeks , they coordinated the painting, landscaping, repairs, inspections, and staging with the contractors. The Torrey Team made selling the house very easy for us. I can not say enough great things about Zack and the whole Torrey Team. I had a very unique sale situation and they delivered on all accounts.
