Our Town Realty is a member because all our agents work from home and we need a space to hold meetings, closings and general extra working space when we need a change of scenery. We can print paperwork, meet clients and mail documents - it's an invaluable asset to us and I'm glad it's available in our community!

As a remote worker I like the change of pace from working in my home office. If you need a quiet, clean space to work that has all the amenities of an office, you will love the Roundhouse. Aside from your basic workspace, you have the added bonus of opportunities to collaborate with others and build your network. Being able to pop in and work whenever I need to connect is so convenient. I wish this was available in every county. The dependable, high speed internet connection was the first draw for me, but the collaboration opportunities and the feeling of being part of an active, creative work community sold me. The Roundhouse is a wonderful asset to Union County.

We had great fortune to need temporary housing at a time the Roundhouse was available. After extensive searching in a 50 mile radius, we are confident we found the most affordable/value for the money we could possibly find. During the peak time of social distancing recommendations, it was very difficult to find a place that had a few units where our family wouldn’t consistently be exposed to lots of other people. The Round house is right downtown, close to the library, grocery stores, the beautiful lake and park, and other retail places. The property is in a like new condition and offers everything a family needs to be comfortable. And most importantly, the landlords are welcoming, available, helpful, and easy to work with. We rented the apartment and also decided on the option to rent Office space so we could home-office without disrupting our family’s routine. The office provided all of the amenities we needed and it was a perfect solution for both studying and working. I highly recommend the Roundhouse!

I have been using The Roundhouse for almost a year now and my experience has been great. If you need a quiet and safe place with 24 hour access to study for graduate school or any online class there is not a better place than the roundhouse in town.
