You didn't come in all Zoot-Suited out, with some false veneers, throwing out a soggy handshake bathed in cheap cologne... You came in professionally, and felt us out and kicked off your shoes while rolling up your sleeves. You understood our age, our needs and our wants and you carried through always knowing those categories. You spoke to us professionally, but also like a friend. You have the Midas touch (sort of). I gotta say that ever house you touch gets turned to SOLD. Thank you for lending your hand in turning the sale of our house to GOLD/SOLD!!!!!!!  Evan was extremely professional, quick at responding, and pleasant to be around. We checked multiple places throughout Santa Monica, and even though we had no luck there, he did not give up. Shortly after he found the place I live in now. If I ever have to find another place to live, I will definitely be working with Evan, and I plan on recommending all of my friends to him.

Do yourself a favor and work with Evan. He is super knowledgeable, hard working, dedicated, and an absolute pleasure to work with. He is immensely patient (yes - we are those buyers that had a spreadsheet full of questions and checklists for everything!) His knowledge and input helped us make informed buying decisions throughout the process. Most of all I appreciated that Evan, unlike other agents that we worked with in the past, wasn't pushing us along just to make a sale. It is absolutely clear that he has unquestionable ethics, doing what's right and wanting the best outcome for his clients. To top it all, he takes a pretty mean picture once you close! If you are purchasing a house in LA, you would be lucky to work with Evan.

Evan is FANTASTIC!! He is very understanding and helpful. He cares very much that he helps you find the best house that suits you and what your future holds. He is very patient and is in it for the long run to make sure his clients feel they have someone to trust. Being new to buying a home Evan helped walk me through the process and always explained things in a way to make sure I 100% knew what was going on. He always kept me in the loop letting me know what was going on with the properties we were looking at and what he saw that could use improvement. He definitely felt like a friend and a person I could trust to do whatever it takes to best benefit me. He is the first guy I will recommend to friends and family know they will get the same expertise and help that I got.

Evan was a joy to work with and a great guide for my wife and me throughout our home buying process. He had the patience to explain everything in terms that we would immediately grasp, and he did so with great understanding for the essence of all our questions and concerns. We always felt he had our best interests at heart, and he represented us well in all conversations and negotiations with all other parties involved.
