We recently had the pleasure of working with the O'Dell Group on the sale of our home. They were instrumental in getting the house prepped, listed and sold quickly! Markets change fast, and timing is very important. Nicole and the rest of her team at the O'Dell Group really have their finger on the pulse of the housing market. The process of selling your home can be a little daunting - it's been over 15 years since I sold a property, and a LOT has changed. A knowledgeable realtor makes all the difference! The staging and photography teams were great - they really made our house stand out. And Nicole had a way of making the paperwork and negotiations very simple for everyone involved. I highly recommend Nicole and the O'Dell team if you're looking for a team of professionals that knows how to do things the right way and give you the best experience possible.

Dean O’Dell of the O’Dell group recently represented my family in the sale of my parents’ house. He did an amazing job! He’s very professional, experienced, and explained the process clearly. He was easy to speak with and to reach. This is a full-service agency, which made the entire sale process so much easier. Julie is part of the team, and she was fantastic. She staged the house, and I so much appreciated her calm approach and friendly manner. Jennifer, another great member of the team, walked me through the transfer of utilities.
