We bought a property from Lauren, and her grandmother Paula who flipped the property, lied to my fiancé and I. Whenever we contact Lauren, she acts sympathetic on the phone, and never follows through. The finishes used in the flip, once you get under the make up, are as cheap as possible. We have had multiple plumbing problems, which were not examined during the home inspection because Paula left the water turned off. Watch out when buying from the Kovacs Two home inspections had to be done, and pula didn’t even want to pay for either. Paula was present during the inspection and tried to makes fixes after the fact

I was really impressed with how they walked my wife and I through the transaction from A-Z.
