My husband and I made the best decision to have Danielle sell our house in San Leandro, California. She and the team made the process easy and everything ran smoothly. But yet very professional. The general contractor, Scott, that she recommended to renovate our house was superb. We can’t say enough good things about him and his crew. Danielle Keil and her team made selling my deceased mother's house painless. She babied me through every step of the process, so I felt comfortable with an emotional sale. She was willing to be involved as much or as little as we wanted/needed. I gave her carte blanche and she did not let me down. She had people she recommended who updated the house, cleared out accumulated clutter from the garage, and staged the house, We sold quickly and at a great price. I would not hesitate to use Danielle again. She is amazing.

Danielle is excellent and a godsend for first time home buyers! Danielle was fantastic in helping me buy my first home in the Bay. From the very first phone call, she was so reassuring and committed to finding the exact home I was looking for. After discussing my criteria, within a day she provided a list of houses on the market to view. And immediately, I was able to view all the houses that interested me. She made herself available to view houses around my own schedule, even in the evenings. In my indecisiveness, I had to personally weigh the pros and cons of each house we visited, but I never felt pressured by her to make a decision and she was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. When it came time to prepare an offer on a house, she promptly handled all the confusing paperwork and disclosures, made the process a breeze, and gave very helpful guidance throughout.
