As first time home buyers in this competitive market, Tim helped us purchase our first home. We were new to the process and definitely needed guidance on how to navigate through the procedures. Tim helped my partner and I find and buy our first home. He is a quick communicator, answered all of our questions, he was great at simply explaining the whole process to complete newbies, and he pointed out useful things to focus on when looking at properties. Tim is mild mannered, and we never felt pressured or like we were being pitched a sale. He also helped us optimize our search parameters so we didn't waste time looking at places outside our interest, and when it came to the end he helped us with negotiating tactics. It was was readily apparent throughout the process that Tim's #1 goal is that we would be long-term happy with the decision. We needed to sell our home in Broadmoor Village (Daly City) and Tim was referred to us by a friend. We were so happy with this referral because he was a great agent. My first impression of him was that he was really nice, knowledgable, and very efficient. He answered all of our emails and texts very quickly and he made some suggestions for minor improvements that would give us the most “bang for our buck”. We followed all of his suggestions and he had the contractors ready to go. Our house looked amazing after and I only wish that we could have done these improvements while we lived in the house. We had a lot of interest in our house and many offers, and ultimately sold it for more than I could have imagined. Tim was very easy to work with and I would highly recommend him to all my family and friends.

Tim was incredible to work with and I could not recommend him more highly to anyone looking to purchase a home in San Francisco. First, he is incredibly communicative and responsive. I honestly can not think of a single message I sent or question I had that was not responded to almost immediately. And every time he did respond (even when my questions were surely first-time home buyer basic) he did so with patience and kindness. Second, he is thorough and detailed, and on top of everything. My homebuying process went VERY fast. We had a week of searching, and then the next week put in an offer on a place in Lower Pac Heights, and were in escrow a day later. This would not have been possible without Tim's help and guidance through the various steps. I should add I have a home assistance program through work that is not simple and Tim navigated all of that and the various stakeholders and got us there. Finally, he's just a great person.
