Lauren and Anthony were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the searching and buying process. When I say responsive, I mean it! It felt like I never had to wait more than an hour for a response, and usually they came in minutes. I can't stress how nice that responsiveness was as first time home buyers, especially during escrow. Their knowledge of the market in the East Bay is impressive, which was very helpful early on when deciding which location and size of home to target. Raquel is absolutely amazing! As a first time homebuyer, the buying process could be quite intimidating and complex, but Raquel helped make everything feel easy. She was extremely attentive and responsive, always providing me and my family thoughtful responses for all of our questions. She made herself available to us at all times and made sure we were on top of everything. We got through the entire process, from attending open houses to receiving our keys, in under a month!
