Kevin Black5 StarTeam Chamberlain does a lot of business in Los Alamitos/Seal Beach/Rossmoor, and I can understand why. From the very start, the first meeting at our home, they answered all our questions as to how the property would be marketed, their opinion of the value and how to minimize the interruptions to day-to-day life.
I could not have been more impressed with their level of service. From the dedicated contractor who did excellent work on our property, to the assistance with borrowing a truck to make moves to the storage unit to the "staging" of plants, furniture and rugs to give it "just the right feel."
Team Chamberlain delivered, selling the house for 5 - 10% more than I thought it was worth and finding buyers who loved the house and the location.
