We bought our house from someone that was represented by Sierra Real Estate and we had nothing but problems from the start . Nothing but communication issues between Sierra Real Estate and the seller. First thing when we had our inspections the sellers said they were not notified of it by the their real estate agent. The sellers had a inspection done on the septic system my agent could not get the inspection report my agent called the company that did the inspection to get the report . When it came time for them to move out they where not ready to move out and we were not notified and when they finally did move out they left 4 piles of garbage I had to wait a month for them to pick up 2 piles and they would not come back for the other two piles I paid some one to haul off the other two piles . I would never buy another property with Sierra Real Estate involved .
