It was great working with Al. He's always responsive, and willing to get things done asap when it's urgent. He'll learn what you're looking for and won't waste your time taking you to places either outside your price range or not what you're looking for. The process can be complicated but Al makes it easy and understandable. I found most valuable his insight and advice throughout the process, which is shaped by his decades of experience. Buying or selling a home is a major event in most people's lives and even if you think you understand the process, having Al on your side will give you a major advantage. He knows all the ins and outs and will pick up things that less experienced people might miss. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Al provided first class customer service from the very start. I was casually looking at homes around 2018/2019 and Al always answered my calls, questions and guided me throughout the process. When I decided to strongly consider buying a home in 2020 (at the beginning of the pandemic), Al walked me through the complex procedures associated with buying a home when in person meetings were rare. Additionally, he made the tasks fun. Despite the challenges during the pandemic, Al walked me through the pros/cons of buying a home and ultimately helped me make an offer. From beginning to end, Al was at the ready, willing to go above and beyond to help me feel comfortable. As a result, I now live in a great home, surrounded by a fantastic community. Al and Bianca did such a great job selling my elderly father's home! Five years ago we reached out to Al to assist us with selling the family home and buying a home in Leisure Village.
