Suzanne Agasi did such a fabulous job representing my Dad’s beloved San Francisco condo, I don’t have enough words to tell you! It took me almost a year through pandemic to fix it up “just a bit,” as workers and materials were so hard to find! I wanted my dear Dad to be proud! And when I realized I should really put in new floors as well, I could not find anyone to install! Suzanne found not only one, but two contractors and the sustainable cork floor I selected came out fantastic and so sophisticated. Then she recommended a company who did the most beautiful staging, making our tiny place (albeit with the most gorgeous view!) look like the most elegant City abode! We had 9 offers, all Non-Contingent! I didn’t know how to go through the process and handle all the decisions - I hate to disappoint anyone! Suzanne made it so easy, getting me the highest price and smoothest closing! I could see part of why she makes it easy, is she treats everyone so well, they bend over backwards to work with her, and take care of her clients. Suzanne Agasi is the BEST real estate agent. Suzanne went extremely above and beyond to ensure I got the best offer possible for my condo and the quickest close. The condo was a rental and I lived out of town for the entire process, however this was not an issue. Suzanne handled everything from arranging cleaning, to painting, to photography to inspections. Suzanne was very responsive the entire process and kept me up to date on everything. Suzanne knows the Bay Area very well and was extremely knowledgeable on the type of offer I should expect. Suzanne assured me she was going to get top price for my property and she was right! Suzanne was able to secure multiple offers from buyers after 1 open house, far above asking price.
