Knowledge, patience, experience, expertiese, guidance and above all HONESTY.... all of these words sum up Susan Mekenney. I am SO happy I found her! Susan helped me both fix and sell my parents home after they both passed away. When I say helped, let me be clear - she guided me every step of the way. Just to paint the picture, I have lived abroad for more than 20 years, so my knowledge of all things real estate, contractor and marketwise were null. Susan sat with me and explained the entire sales process, helped decide where to spend and where to save money on fixing up my parents house and even helped me find the right people to get everything done.
