rented a property at 181 Edgewater ln. in Paso Robles, ca from Remington Duque, it's been 2 months and i haven't received my deposit or restitution for utility's cause we didn't have a written agreement on how utility's were supposed to be split up, he just doesn't mention that you are responsible for all utility's, including the granny unit's. His nephew lives in the back unit and he doesn't respect your privacy or your peace and quiet, his dog barks all the time and cause of this it's hard to get along with the neighbor's and gives you a unsettling feeling. 3 weeks after I moved in, my company car was broken into and all my tools were stolen cause i wasn't able to park my car in the garage cause his nephews stuff was still in the garage, which he told me would be gone by the time I moved in. I wouldn't trust this guy as far as i can throw him. He took advantage of me, a Iraq war veteran. No stars, only gave it one star so I could post this. Also his nephew had his stuff back in the garage before I gave the property back in his "possession" which we never did a walk-thru for.
