Ben Strock and his team greatly exceeded our expectations. We had a big, multigenerational fixer upper that we partially remodeled. If we had just put the house on the market as is, it would have sold at a substantial discount. Luckily, we found out about Strock’s program where they will help you remodel your house to sell. The Strock team helped us with a jaw-dropping transformation of the house and yard, with many improvements that added a lot of value to the house. The entire process we went through was amazing. Their design consultant, Corrine McKendrick, was invaluable in tying together two radically different styles of house (an old cottage style original house and a mountain modern remodeled part). She was able to work miracles on a pretty limited budget for a huge house that still needed a lot of work. They helped clear and landscape the yard to get it looking sunny and open. They also helped remodel a master bath, added a new deck, and did a myriad of other improvements. Our realtors Ben Strock and Sarah Thorp helped to greatly increased the value of our home with improvements in a cost-effective manner, and also helped extensively with project management. They made many visits to the house and kept in constant contact with us to keep on schedule and on budget, and to modify plans as needed. The entire process was really professional, positive, and supportive. The Strock team is truly outstanding and wonderful to work with.

The Strock Real Estate company did a phenomenal job selling our Aptos home for us. We engaged them early in the process and they were very helpful throughout the entire sales process from start to finish providing us with excellent guidance. We feel confident that we made the right choice for the following reasons. First, we wanted a local real estate company that was familiar with the Aptos area. The Strock team has a very solid understanding of the market, and are a key foundational member of the community. Second, they were really good listeners, and spent to the time to get to know us, the reasons of why we were selling the home, the history, with every construction detail that we put into the house. Third, they've sold a tremendous number of homes and gave us great ideas on how to insure we positioned our home appropriately in the local market. Fourth, the marketing plan they created not only had wonderful pictures and a video of the property, but they also gave us recommendations on staging the property prior to putting it on the market to insure it was positioned appropriately. In addition, they were extremely responsive to our needs. We always knew that we had a partner in working with us and were always there to help us when needed. In addition, the were great negotiators. They set our expectations appropriately to what the value of the home would likely be, and was ultimately determined by the market. We've dealt with numerous real estate companies over the years and have been extremely satisfied, but this team took it to a whole new level and exceeded our expectations from start to finish. It was simply a true pleasure to work with this entire team of proven real estate professionals.
