Stephanie was introduced to us by a trusted friend and San Francisco realtor who we have worked with for over twenty years. He is part of the Compass network, and we asked for a recommendation for a local Half Moon Bay realtor; Stephanie's name was on the top of the list. During our initial call, I sensed right away she would be the one we would choose to sell our home. Her deep knowledge of the Coastside marketplace, her communication skills, and her professionalism sold me immediately. I also appreciated her intuitive nature. We had a challenging set of issues to solve to obtain the best price for our home, and Stephanie was brimming with ideas and solutions to unravel them. Our initial discussion and our following meetings for the first four months of our association were over Zoom. The Pandemic had us locked down in Stockholm, and it wasn't until we received our vaccinations were we willing to travel back to Half Moon Bay to prepare the house for sale. That said, together, we could strategize, organize and even begin some of the work before our arrival. All of this helped avoid delays once we were home. Stephanie worked closely with us through the preparation and staging of the house. She worked very hard to develop a robust communication strategy and provided an exquisite web presentation of our home. Once on the market, she personally held "open houses" for several weekends and did private presentations during the week. We had a full price, all cash, non-contingent, eight-day close offer in just a little over a month. Stephanie is personable, reliable, and keeps her word. I can't imagine a better home buying experience! Stephanie is exceptional. She was very patient and took the time to explain the process and copious amount of documentation. She also connected us with excellent specialists that helped us gage the work the house needed. She is a compelling communicator and strategic thinker - I can't imagine a more skillful negotiator. I truly felt that she was working really hard for us and I never felt pressure about any house she showed us. It is important to her that her clients find the right house for them. As first time buyers, there was a lot we didn't know. Stephanie looked out for our interests all the way through closing. She suggested ways we could save money during closing and worked with the seller's agent to have everything done. She not only did right by us at key milestones, but also when we weren't looking. She operates with integrity, skill, efficiency, strategy, and good humor. I really couldn't recommend her any more highly!

Stephanie was awesome. She expertly guided us through the entire process of selling our home – from listing to buyer financing to close. But most importantly, she heard us when we told her we didn't have the bandwidth to go through a remodel, and wanted to sell as is. Normally Fall isn't usually a great time to sell, but Stephanie knew there was a lot of interest in our area at the time, and encouraged us to list in November. She did a fabulous job with the marketing of our property, and generated a lot of interest. We had two solid offers right after the Open House, and several more interested buyers. Stephanie's diligence regarding the buyer's financing, allowed us to choose the buyer with the strongest position, thus avoiding what could have been a huge problem for the sale going smoothly.
