We feel lucky to have stumbled upon this gem from a home finding app, after we were outbid and and not impressed by a previous realtor. Buying our first home while moving from an out of state military base, during Covid-19 quarantines was difficult and they made sure we were always comfortable, gave explanations and never assumed.
Mitanni and Patrice helped us make the process as easy as possible, and worked well with our, not so helpful, lenders and the selling agent alike.
Many special touches stood out along the entire process. These include helping us make the right offer to be chosen when again facing competition the first day our new home even went on the market, a beautiful personalized family gift after we moved in, finding and scheduling cleaning for us within our budget prior to our move in, being able to help us do this in less than a month and giving us helpful hints beyond their realm along the way.
