Lindsay Brown5 StarSonja helped sell my family’s condo in Mammoth that we had owned for over 40 years. Sonja made the process so easy for us. We weren’t in Mammoth and it took her 2 days to go from getting the green light from us to sell the condo to being on the market. We had multiple offers and Sonja was great at explaining the pros and cons of each offer. We were in contract 2 days later (so 4 days from the date that we gave Sonja the green light) with a very strong offer that was higher than the asking price, and we closed within 30 days. She came to my condo and got right to business, not to say that she dispensed with the social pleasantries but she did get right to the heart of the matter.
She assessed my condo and came up with an "asking price" but also advised me of the current market conditions so that I also knew, right away, the "most probable price" and at that she was "spot on". She knew how to advise me as to "staging" and what would help make a good and quick sale.
I have worked with real estate agents in the past and I found Sonja to be completely professional and very knowledgeable, particularly as to the local and current market. She brought in a buyer in much less time than I expected and with no hassles or problems for me.
