Villanelle Vondemon1 StarWe pay good money for this service. This week they did not pick our trash or recycling. They only pick up recycling every TWO WEEKS. I called them and they claimed our trash and recycling cans were too close together. They said they took a photo. So they have time to take a photo but they can’t scoot the can over a tiny bit? Ridiculous. Some of the other neighbor’s cans were very close together but they took theirs. So now we have to go in and drop it off on Saturday or have bags of recycling sitting around for two weeks. Thanks for nothing. Also they said my name was not on the account, just my husband’s name, but he said he knows for a fact that he put my name on it. I heard him on the phone with them adding my name, so I know he did! Frustrating dealing with this service.Thursday 24th June 2021
