Raffi was extraordinarily helpful in the sale of my parent’s home. I don’t think we could have sold it so quickly without him! He made himself available around the clock and responded immediately to the many questions we had as we went through this process, which was unchartered territory for my family. He took all the complexity out of it for us, took the reigns and sold the house in less than five days at a significant premium over our initial listing price. My parent’s home was not an easy turnkey sale. Built in the 1930s, it is very large with lots of big rooms which may have intimidated potential buyers but he found the perfect family.
