Had an amazing experience with Simon. As a first time home buyer he really helped walk us through the whole process and alleviate any concerns we had along the way. He's super responsive and we would bug him any time we had a question. He's pretty well connected as well and helped us find a great mortgage lender as well as home insurance contact. My recommendation is just meet with him if you're interested in the home buying process and listen to the advice he has

Simon was the exact real estate agent we read from the reviews! We came to him after having a terrible experience looking for our new home with another agent. Simon was always concerned with how we were feeling and did everything in his power to make sure that our entire experience was enjoyable. His great sense of humor always kept our spirits high. As a first time home buyer, I expressed how important it was that our Realtor teach us the ropes. Simon was very informative and always available to answer questions. His knowledge and expertise helped us keep our deal alive even after our inept banker almost ruined everything. We are so thankful that we found Simon and are forever grateful for his assistance. After meeting with a few real estate agents, we decided to choose Simon for our home purchase and we were not disappointed. Simon was always a text or a phone call away and provided us with everything we needed and more. He was with us every step of the way during the experience and we couldn't have asked for a better agent. He is extremely knowledgable of the current market landscape and helped us negotiate for an offer below asking in the San Francisco market (amazing right?!). He is kind, friendly and will always have your best interest in mind when he is assisting in your home purchase. We wholeheartedly believe that if we had chosen another real estate agent to work with we might not have been able to purchase our home since Simon brings a bunch of intangible skills to the table that other agents simply do not possess. We would highly recommend Simon to our friends and family and we will not think twice about working with him again in the future.

A few years back, my family and I were interested in purchasing a house in San Francisco. Unfortunately, I was deployed overseas and my parents could only speak Chinese. I asked mutual friends and they referred me to Simon. Simon devoted countless hours to my parents by showing them different properties and bridging the gap in the language barrier. Even with the time difference overseas, Simon was very responsive with my e-mails and even coordinated VoIP calls when I was off duty. Simon was very patient and gave my parents outstanding customer service. Simon is an expert in his field and explained everything to us thoroughly. He made it easy to understand what needed to be done. Simon's knowledge helped me with the Veteran Affairs Home loan and made the long process less stressful. My family and I were very satisfied with Simon's service! If you are looking for someone who is knowledgeable, devoted, and trustworthy, Simon is your guy.

I found Simon through Yelp from reading all the rave reviews. He was quick to respond via phone call and we met in person the next day to chat more. Right from the start, he was super helpful, thorough, and detail oriented. For a first time buyer like myself, the process was more complicated than I thought but he educated me on everything in a non pushy way, making it all easy to comprehend. We viewed open houses together and showed me highlights of the neighborhoods since I was still new to the area. Even though I didn't end up purchasing, I've recommended him to friends and colleagues who are also first time buyers. ALSO, huge plus! He has TONS of restaurant + bakery recommendations, for a foodie like myself it was great to hear from a local who was born and raised in SF.
