Shivani has helped us buy 3 (all of our) houses. In this competitive market, she really knows how to win an offer. Each of the offers were against 5 - 10 other offers, and we won each time without putting in the highest bid because of the credibility she had with the seller agent. She really knows this business well and is the best real estate agent in the industry. She also takes great care of her clients, walks with them at every step and hand holds through all stages. She goes above and beyond in treating clients professionally. In one case, the bank that gave us preapproval, wasn't able to get the loan approved before closing and the offer was without financial contingency. She was able to pull it through at the last minute by involving a loan agent who worked off hours for relationship with her to close the deal, getting us the house and saving our deposit. She is great at handling the curve balls that can come with the real estate deal. She is the best, and we highly highly recommend her.
