Jason was an amazing realtor to work with as first-time homebuyers. He was responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to help us win a home on our very first time submitting an offer! As soon as we connected with him, he scheduled a consultation to give a detailed explanation of everything we should expect from shopping through closing. He was an active participant in walk-throughs, sharing an abundance of information about the surrounding areas/market value/etc., and he also had great vision for ways we could add value to the homes from his background in flipping houses. Jason truly cares for his clients, and wants them to make a good decision in the purchase of a home. He is incredibly efficient, but never made us feel rushed and was patient with any questions we had or homes we wanted to see. We had a great experience working with Jason and the Shepherd Homes Group, and all of the companies that they connected us with for other parts of the process were excellent as well. Shepherd home group provided us easy effective and all around. Incredible house buying experience. The diligent work of our realtor Carlos, and the rest of his team ensured that we got a beautiful home in a difficult market. They were quick to respond to any questions or issues we might have had. Closing was a cinch, and they provided plenty of resources to help with moving. I would recommend anybody to use shepherd home group, especially our realtor Carlos. We ended up in the home of our dreams, and I can't thank them enough.

Jason and his team are the best! I had lived in my townhome in Alexandria VA for 20 years, and Jason made the process as painless as possible. All I had to do was move my "clutter" out of his way and he got me the best possible offer. If you follow his lead, he will not steer you wrong. His team handled every aspect of renovations, staging, showings, and closing. Again, I literally just had to stay out of their way! Every team member I came in contact with was professional and efficient, but more importantly they were friendly, kind and considerate.
