Shawn is fluent in Spanish and currently lives in Santa Rosa with his beautiful wife Cynthia and his adorable two-year-old son, James.

Sarah Ross1 StarShawn puts on a good show in the beginning, pretending he will take care of you as his client. As soon as you sign on with him it all goes downhill. Shawn lacks honesty and integrity, as does the W Real Estate team. When we shared that we had concerns, he laughed at us and turned his attention to the buyer. His stories never add up, he has zero follow through, recommends and works with contractors under the table who don’t finish the job.
After closing on our home in which we revised and wrote our own listing, scheduled our own open house and did the majority of the work on a rushed timeline, in which we were pressured and unsupported, we communicated our needs while we were packing and moving out. Shawn Hermosillo called us unreasonable, laughed at us and hung up on us. Definitely do not recommend working with this man unless you want to give him a fat commission for doing nothing and treating you like garbage.Monday 13th June 2022

He is budget minded and has found me several properties that haven't hit the MLS. He is constantly working and always has time for a phone call or email especially after hours.
