When my sister decided to move to Santa Cruz, she moved in with me. After a while we decided to buy a place of our own. I chose Shanne because I know him and have seen how committed he is to helping people find the perfect home. It was challenging for my sister and I to find a place that would work for the two of us and we were nervous about the whole financing process, but Shanne and his team helped us through it all. It was amazing how prompt they were with their communication. Whatever questions we had regarding the property, we received answers in a very timely manner and, to us, that was one of the best parts of Shanne and his team’s service. We didn’t have to wait days for a reply and they even figured out answers for our financial and title company questions. Honestly, we can’t think of anything that didn’t go well. We are so happy in our condo and our surrounding area. My daughter even purchased a condo on the same property so we could be closer! The house we were living in was too small and we needed a bigger one.
