Sug1 StarThey charged me$101.00 for the diagnostic they ran. When I dropped off my car I parked it on the end. I asked how did you run a thorough diagnostic. I was told, by them. That I'm not getting the diagnostic that you'd get where they just put it in. Theirs is much more thorough. Me personally I thought a diagnostic was a diagnostic. Anyway, I asked how did you run a diagnostic when my car was never moved!!!!???!!! I was out on hold and f given to someone else . They said I have things wrong with my car that make no sense. Was charging me over$ 500.00 to do something with the alternator. SmhWednesday 26th August 2020
