Sean helped us sell an agricultural property overlooking Santa Rosa Valley, East of Camarillo. Other realtors I’d contacted established a very low price, based only on the agricultural attributes of the property. However, the parcel is in a gated community and had unobstructed views to the ocean and Anacapa Island. Sean’s evaluation included these features. He priced the property properly for ALL of its’ attributes. In the end, we sold for more than 40% more than what the other agents suggested. Yes; I’ll say it again. We SOLD for more than 40% of what others suggested as the list price. After selling the ag parcel, Sean helped us look for a house. We made offers on two properties. My wife and I were unwilling to spend enough to secure either property. Sean’s efforts were flawless with both properties, AND during the search that covered tens of properties. There is more. Sean listens. He truly listens. After hearing what you’ve said, Sean includes those points, or addresses them from that point on. “Addresses them” means he offers mitigating reasons if presenting something that doesn’t line up perfectly with the attributes you are targeting. Finally, and back to the ag sale. Sean is an experienced negotiator. His negotiating skills were a critical part of selling the ag parcel at the premium described.
