Can't say enough about Scot and the Nicol Real Estate Group. From the outset, Scot was our guide. He really showed a clear understanding of our needs. Highly recommend Scot Nicol! He is exceptional and truly skilled at serving all home buying and selling needs. We are so glad that Scot served as both our listing and buying agent. He navigated us seamlessly through the entire process. Like many busy working parents of school aged children, we needed someone who could work around our schedules and available evenings & weekends, responsive by text or email, etc. He was all those things and more... he made it easy while patiently answering and anticipating any questions we had. Scot also helped to line up professional services needed along the way from the lender and even moving. He arranged decluttering service so that our home was quickly ready for photos and showing, and dropped off boxes/storage containers to help kickstart our packing. These extra steps were incredibly helpful given how hectic moving is. Scot also offered design and creative home improvement support for the home we purchased! He made some great recommendations on home layout, interior and exterior colors, etc and helped coordinate paint and flooring for a move-in ready experience. This was so convenient and allowed us to create more functional space for our family prior to moving in and enjoy new paint/ floors! We had been actively looking for a new home for an entire year, and Scot remained fully attentive and committed to helping us find the right home. He listened carefully to our needs/ wants and offered us tailored recommendations and feedback throughout. It truly was an enjoyable experience working with Scot, and the most stress-free home selling/ buying experience we’ve ever had. He is knowledgeable, hard working, trustworthy and service oriented. If we ever need a realtor again, we will enlist Scot Nicol again without a doubt!

I have nothing but great things to say about Scot! He helped my husband and I sell our first home in Hawthorne and buy our dream home in El Segundo - and got us the best price possible for both! He is an excellent negotiator and we always trusted his opinion on what to do. He was never pushy, but also very honest. His exact words were that he wanted to make sure we bought a home that we would be able to enjoy for years and years to come and not one that we would have to sell in 3-5 years, just so he could get the business again. On top of that, he is extremely knowledgable on the South Bay area (he knows everyone in El Segundo!), and spending time with him felt more like hanging out with a friend. Lucky for him we bought a house on the same street as him :) He also has the BEST renovation tips. Would 100% recommend Scot to anyone looking to buy or sell their next home - no matter what area you are in.

I can not recommend Scot Nicol enough when looking for a realtor to help you through the buying and/or selling process. Scot worked with us for months on a remodel. His advice and encouragement was essential to the success of the sale of our home. The staging, photos and video of our home were remarkable. The online presence helped us to secure a great deal for a home we put blood, sweat and (some) tears into. Without Scot and his team working all angles of the sale we would not have been able to sell our house in such a timely fashion or at the price we did!
