Sarah is a bright and cheerful person that I met in a moms group several years ago. Several friends had used her to help buy/sell their houses, so I knew I would use her when we moved. My husband and I were facing a cross country move with little children in the midst of a pandemic. Our house was in good condition but definitely needed some updating. The whole thing was overwhelming, but Sarah helped us come up with a very reasonable timeline that gave us time to move, do some updates and have an optimal listing time. Sarah was happy to give us her opinions on what to focus on when we were doing our updates. She referred us to a great stager/designer who also really helped us. Both the designer and Sarah worked with us every step of the way, helping us choose the right details (light fixtures, paint choices and landscaping) to make our house shine! Sarah always had our budget in mind and really helped us pick the right things to focus on. The timeline Sarah suggested really helped us stay motivated and get things done. We had to leave town before our house went on the market and Sarah went above and beyond to help us. We had some tense moments after we left, and Sarah handled everything with poise and reassurance. She had the skills and knowledge to make sure the sale of our house went as smoothly as possible. She was in constant communication with us and was always quick to respond to our questions. The hard work that we had put into the move, the house updates and staging was all worth it in the end. Sarah recommended we list our house very competitively and we got several amazing offers. We accepted an offer within a few days of listing. We trusted Sarah and she came through for us every step of the way. Sarah is a great realtor and she really cares about her clients.
